Since the advent of Deprescription of railroad marked railroad cars, car hire rates have been brought into the free market system.  A process has been put into place called “Bid and Offer”.  Basically, it is a system where the car owner and the car user negotiate the time and miles rates for a single car or group of cars.

We can assist with this process by being your “Bid and Offer” agent, for either the USER or OWNER side of the process, or both.
